I attended Illinois State University earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration. I currently reside in Tampa, Florida with my wife Monica and son Little Jeffrey. I'm also a Wellness Coach, author, and motivational speaker. I enjoy speaking to groups about living a healthy lifestyle, and being the best we can be physically, mentally, and spiritually. I have been actively involved in the fitness lifestyle for over 30 years, competing in triathlons for the past 20. I was a lifeguard throughout my college years and I'm also an avid weightlifter. My passion for fitness and triathlon has helped me complete over a dozen long distance triathlons and counting. In order to keep my own fitness levels high, I participate in at least one long distance triathlon every year. In order for me to push my clients to be the best they can be, it's important that I lead by example and push myself just as hard (if not harder.)
