A person can tell you something, but sometimes the visual is needed to convey what you're trying to say! On this page, I will feature various exercises and the correct way to do them.  
 
Many of my clients are out of state, so to assist them even further, I provide custom videos showing them the correct way to do some of the more complex exercises I design for them.  Being able to actually see the exercise in a step by step video helps to ensure you are doing it correctly.  
 
I'm also a motivational speaker who's available for presentations and seminars. When people think of "training," their first thought might be physical training. While that is true, it's also important to "train" your mind as well as your body. There are many things that can prevent you from being the best you can be if you're not careful.   In this video, I talk about some of the outside obstacles that can derail the best of plans and ways to overcome them. 


When I'm not training my clients, I'm riding my bike. :)


Many will say they don't have the time or space to exercise, but here is a routine you can do with minimal space and ZERO EQUIPMENT that works your entire body. Give it a try!

Excercise with Resistance Bands!
