Many people are aware of dangers of illegal drugs. We've all heard stories of drug overdoses and people losing everything because of their addiction to these dangerous narcotics. Unfortunately, many people don't realize that LEGAL drugs can be just as dangerous a the illegal ones! Yes they can be purchased at the local pharmacy, but they also have their risks!
A person can become addicted to some legal drugs as easily as they can illegal drugs. In my upcoming book The 3 Pillars of Strength: Increasing Your Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Fitness" I talk about this problem in great detail. Knowing your body type helps you in several ways:
- It will help you choose the exercises that are right for YOU, not your best friend or the person next to you in your bootcamp class;
- It will also help keep your expectations realistic as well as what to expect when you start your fitness journey.
- It will help prevent you from comparing yourself to others with different body types
